// The Vedic meditation practice has opened a pathway to the deep peaceful assurance that I can and must love what is. Life is so much simpler and powerful this way.
// Vedic meditation is exactly what I needed for my crazy mind. I would try to force myself to stop thinking, which would only make my mind louder. With vedic, my mind is quieter. I’m not struggling to force my mind to quiet, it just steps aside for my personal mantra. After meditation I feel relaxed, rested, and truly in my body. Vedic truly is a gift to myself.

This practice was designed for modern life. It's designed for people like us, who lead busy lives. Whether you have a family, a career, children, no children, travel often, or are knee deep in the daily demands of life, this practice is truly accessible to everyone.
Studies have shown that Vedic Meditation produces states of biological rest greater than that of sleep.
Vedic meditation is an easy, effortless technique that you can do anytime, anywhere.
Other styles of meditation involve concentration (focusing the mind through effort) or contemplation (ongoing thoughts about something). Both keep the mind active.
In Vedic Meditation, you learn how to effortlessly settle the mind. It is a transcending technique that uses a personalized mantra to effortlessly guide the mind to quieter states of awareness. The cycle of thinking and returning to the mantra requires no concentration or force, and helps the body to rest deeply.
When the mind is in this super-subtle state, the brain functioning is optimized and the body rests very deeply. Less is more and you come out of meditation clear, refreshed and more dynamic.
How is this different from other techniques?
